Prices
All prices are in Euros and include 21% VAT.
Due to fluctuating gold and silver prices, ARMOISE JEWELRY reserves the right to implement a price increase for these reasons. This also applies to items you have already ordered but have not yet paid for. If this is to your detriment, you will be notified. You will then have the right to cancel the order.
If the recipient is not located in the country of shipment, the recipient is liable for any applicable sales tax or import duties in the country of receipt.
Quotations are subject to availability and current prices of deliveries, services and the required (precious) metal and are without obligation.

Delivery
All orders are shipped insured. For orders up to €120, I use registered mail from PostNL. This costs €7.95. Shipping is free for orders over €120.
A signature is required upon receipt of your package.
If your order contains multiple items that are not all in stock, ARMOISE JEWELRY will contact you about a possible partial delivery.
ARMOISE JEWELRY is not liable for incorrect deliveries due to incorrectly provided address information.

Delivery time
If the items are in stock, they will be shipped by registered mail to the address you provided immediately after receipt of payment.
If the items you order are not immediately in stock, ARMOISE JEWELRY will take up to 14 days after receiving your payment to complete the products before shipping. If completion will take longer than 14 days, ARMOISE JEWELRY will notify you immediately. If it is not possible to have your order ready for shipment within 30 days of receiving payment, you have the right to cancel the order and receive a refund.
ARMOISE JEWELRY will endeavor to deliver, if in stock, within 14 days of receiving payment. This is an estimate and not a deadline. ARMOISE JEWELRY is not liable for postal delays. If your in-stock items cannot be delivered within 30 days, you have the right to cancel your order.
The above does not apply to custom-made products. In most cases, a deposit is required before ARMOISE JEWELRY manufactures the product, and the delivery time depends on the design. Because custom-made work is rarely done remotely, agreements regarding deposits and delivery times are usually made in consultation.

Returns
If, upon receipt, the items do not match your order, for example due to damage or incorrectly delivered items, and you wish to return them, you must notify us within 7 days via [email protected] . After 7 days of receiving your package, returns are no longer possible. You are responsible for the shipping costs and risk of returning the item. ARMOISE JEWELRY is not liable for packages lost during shipping. We recommend returning your package by registered mail. Upon consultation, you will receive a new item, a credit note, or a refund. If you choose the latter, ARMOISE JEWELRY will refund your purchase price to your account within 30 days of receiving your return.
If you wish to return an item because it doesn't meet your expectations, you must notify us within 7 days of receipt by sending a message to [email protected] before returning the item. After 7 days of receiving your package, returns are no longer possible. You are responsible for the shipping costs and risk of returning the item. We recommend sending your package by registered mail.

Please note when choosing the right insurance when shipping with PostNL: Even if your package fits through the letterbox, choose a "standard" package. A letterbox-sized package is not sufficiently insured, even with registered mail. If in doubt, please feel free to contact me. I'm happy to help you ship your package correctly. ARMOISE JEWELRY is not liable for any package lost during shipping. You are responsible for handling the claim correctly in the event of loss or damage to a package you send to ARMOISE JEWELRY, even if it contains a returned item.
If you wish to exchange an item, you will receive a new item, a credit note, or your purchase price back, after consultation with us. If you choose the latter, ARMOISE JEWELRY will refund your purchase price to your account within 30 days of receiving your return.

Conditions for returns are that the items must be unworn and unused and free of damage after detection of the incorrect condition and must be in their original packaging.
Personalised items that have been made to order are excluded from the right of return.

Warranty
ARMOISE JEWELRY items have a 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects. Wear and tear from use, wear to gemstone settings, and loss or breakage of gemstones are not covered by the warranty. Precious metals are very strong and durable, provided they are handled correctly. It is recommended to remove jewelry during strenuous work, dishwashing, gardening, exercising, sauna use, or swimming, etc. When wearing pearls and some gemstones, do not apply creams or perfume. Silver often turns black over time (oxidation). This is normal and easily remedied with proper care. Feel free to inquire about the care options for your silver and gold jewelry.

Repair
Having your jewelry repaired at AMOISE JEWELRY is at your own risk. AMOISE JEWELRY strives to perform the repair as best as possible, while respecting the existing jewelry. Before you leave your jewelry, AMOISE JEWELRY will ensure you are aware of any existing defects, the costs, the necessary actions to repair the jewelry, the risks, the expected outcome of the repair, and the estimated time required. If any problems arise during the repair or if the outcome is expected to differ from the agreed-upon final result, AMOISE JEWELRY will immediately stop the process and inform you. AMOISE JEWELRY is not liable for any damage to your jewelry during the repair.

Payment
Unless otherwise agreed, payment must be made immediately upon completion of the order using one of the offered payment methods. When paying by bank transfer, the date of payment is the date on which ARMOISE JEWELRY's bank account is credited. Payment must always be made before delivery, within 14 days of placing the order. Payment in installments is not possible.
After 14 days from the order date the order will be cancelled.

Privacy
When you place an order with Armoise Jewelry, the following information may be requested and stored: When you place an order, the following information may be requested: Name, address, postal code, city, country, telephone number, email address, payment method, and possibly account number. This information is not shared with third parties. The Personal Data Protection Act applies.
ARMOISE JEWELRY is not liable for the browsing behavior and provision of personal data by minors.
ARMOISE JEWELRY respects the privacy of online visitors to its website and is the sole owner of the information obtained through this website, unless otherwise indicated. ARMOISE JEWELRY does not sell, share, or rent this information to third parties. However, ARMOISE JEWELRY is authorized to release user information if required by law.
Information that can be used to identify an online visitor to the ARMOISE JEWELRY website is provided voluntarily by the visitor. This information may be used within ARMOISE JEWELRY to make visits to our websites as easy and enjoyable as possible. The customer explicitly consents to this.
Personal data will be deleted as soon as possible at the request of the online visitor.

All legal relationships in which ARMOISE JEWELRY is a party are governed exclusively by Dutch law, even if an obligation is performed in whole or in part abroad or if the party involved in the legal relationship resides there. The applicability of the Vienna Sales Convention is excluded.

Complaints will be handled as quickly as possible, but no later than within 30 days. If this is not possible for any reason, you will be informed of the duration of the delay. Complaints must always include the customer's name, address, and city of residence.
