Payment
Online store orders can be paid for via iDEAL or PayPal. If you order via Instagram, email, or other methods, I'll send you a payment request. Purchases in my studio can be paid for by debit card or cash.
Dispatch
All orders are shipped insured. For orders up to €120, I use registered mail from PostNL. This costs €7.95. Shipping is free for orders over €120.
A signature is required upon receipt of your package.
Delivery time
After receiving your payment, I'll start working on your order. Some jewelry isn't immediately in stock, so please allow approximately 14 days for delivery. If it will take longer than 14 days, you'll always be notified. This only applies to jewelry from the online store. For custom-made items, delivery times usually vary, and this is always by appointment.
Cancel
You can cancel orders placed through the webshop within 48 hours if they haven't been shipped yet. Please contact me at [email protected] to cancel.
Cancelling personal orders
Before I begin working on the materials for your chosen design, I request a deposit of half the total price. This is to cover the cost of purchasing materials. This deposit is non-refundable if the order is canceled. However, it will be deducted from the total price if the order does go ahead.
Warranty
If your product is not to your liking upon delivery for any reason, please contact me within 7 days. The right of return only applies to jewelry from the collection that has not been worn. Incorrectly provided ring size or a different chain length are not covered by the right of return. We can, of course, adjust these for a fee.
Wear and tear from use, wear to the setting case and loss or breakage of gemstones are not covered by the warranty.
Checking the gemstone's setting periodically can prevent it from wearing out too much and causing the stone to fall out. It's recommended to "thicken" the prongs around the stone over time. Precious metal is very strong and durable, provided it's handled properly.
Information and instructions on returning your jewelry (after consultation) can be found in the general terms and conditions.
Repairs and jewelry made from old gold
Although I carry out repairs with the utmost care and expertise, it's always possible that the repair won't be successful. This could be because the material of an old piece of jewelry is dirty, worn, or weakened. Gemstones can also contain wear or cracks that are invisible to the naked eye. Opening the setting can cause the gemstone to break. Before accepting a repair, I always conduct a risk assessment first. I am not liable for any damage to your jewelry during the repair.
When I create a piece of jewelry from your scrap gold, I always test its purity first. Scrap gold can be contaminated, and this may only become apparent during remelting. Depending on the design, I can still create a piece of jewelry from this gold. You will always get your material back, but it will no longer be in its original condition. I am not liable for this.
