Prices
All prices are in Euros and include 21% VAT.
Due to the fluctuating gold and silver prices, ARMOISE JEWELRY has the right to implement a price increase on these grounds. This also applies to items you have already ordered that you have not yet paid for. If this is to your disadvantage, you will be notified. You then have the right to cancel the order.
If the recipient is not located in the country of dispatch, the recipient is liable for any sales tax or import duties due in the country of receipt.
Quotations are subject to availability and current prices of deliveries, services and the required (precious) metal and are without obligation.

Delivery
All orders are shipped insured. For orders with a value up to €120 I use registered shipping from PostNL. This costs 7.95. For orders over €120 shipping is free.
A signature is required upon receipt of your package.
Orders with a value of €120 or more are sent with Mikropakket. These packages are sent twice a week and your order is often delivered the next business day. If you are not at home, the package will be taken back and you will be asked to make a new appointment. For safety reasons, it is not possible to collect the package from a collection point at Mikropakket.
Of course it is also possible to pick up your order at the store in Arnhem.
If your order consists of multiple items that are not all available from stock, ARMOISE JEWELRY will contact you about possible partial delivery.
ARMOISE JEWELRY is not liable for incorrect delivery due to incorrectly provided address details.

Delivery time
If the items are available from stock, they will be sent by registered mail to the address you provided immediately after receipt of payment.
If the items you ordered are not immediately in stock, ARMOISE JEWELRY will take up to 14 days after receipt of your payment to complete the products before they are shipped. If completion will take more time than 14 days, ARMOISE JEWELRY will notify you immediately. If it is not possible to have your order ready for shipment within 30 days after receipt of payment, you have the right to cancel the order and receive a refund.
ARMOISE JEWELRY will attempt to have the delivery, if in stock, take place within 14 days after receipt of payment. However, this is an indication and not a final delivery time. ARMOISE JEWELRY is not liable for delays at the postal service. If your items from stock cannot be delivered within 30 days, you have the right to cancel the order.
The above does not apply to products made to order. Usually there is a deposit before ARMOISE JEWELRY manufactures the product and the delivery time depends on the type of design. Because work to order is rarely done remotely, agreements about deposit and delivery time are usually made in consultation.

Returns
If upon receipt the items do not match your order, for example due to damage or incorrectly delivered items and you wish to return this, you must report this within 7 days via [email protected] . After 7 days after receipt of your package you can no longer return. The shipping costs and risk of return are at your own expense. ARMOISE JEWELRY is not liable for lost packages during shipping. It is recommended that you return your package by registered mail. In consultation you will receive a new item, a credit note or your purchase amount back. If you choose the latter, ARMOISE JEWELRY will refund your purchase amount to your account within 30 days after receipt of your return shipment.
If you want to return the item because it does not meet your expectations, you must report this within 7 days of receipt by sending a message to [email protected] before returning the item. After 7 days after receiving your package, you can no longer return it. The shipping costs and risk of returning are for your own account. It is recommended that you return your package by registered mail.
Please note when choosing the right insurance when sending with PostNL!: Even if your package fits through the letterbox, choose a ''normal'' package. A letterbox package is not sufficiently insured, even with registered shipping. If in doubt, please contact me. I will be happy to help you send your package correctly. ARMOISE JEWELRY is not liable for your lost package during shipping. You are responsible for the correct claims handling in the event of loss or damage to a package sent by you to ARMOISE JEWELRY, even if this package contains a return item. After consultation, you will receive a new item, a credit note or your purchase amount back. If you choose the latter, ARMOISE JEWELRY will refund your purchase amount to your account within 30 days of receiving your return shipment.
Conditions for returns are that the items must be unworn and unused and free of damage after detection of the incorrect condition and must be in their original packaging.
Personalised items that have been made to order are excluded from the right of return.

Warranty
ARMOISE JEWELRY items have a 1-year warranty on construction errors. Wear and tear due to use, wear and tear on the setting of gemstones and loss or breakage of gemstones are not covered by the warranty. Precious metals are very strong and durable, provided they are handled correctly. It is recommended to remove jewelry during heavy work, washing dishes, gardening, sports, sauna, or swimming, etc. You should not apply creams or perfume to pearls and some gemstones while wearing them. Silver often turns black after a while (oxidation). This is normal and easy to fix with the right care. Feel free to ask about the options for maintaining your silver and gold jewelry.
Repair
Having your jewelry repaired by ARMOISE JEWELRY is at your own risk. ARMOISE JEWELRY strives to perform the repair as well as possible with respect for the existing jewelry. Before you leave your jewelry behind, ARMOISE JEWELRY ensures that you are aware of the existing defects, the costs, the necessary actions to repair the jewelry, the risks, the expected outcome of the repair and the estimated time required. If problems occur during the repair or if it is expected that the outcome will deviate from the discussed end result, ARMOISE JEWELRY will immediately stop the process and inform you. ARMOISE JEWELRY is not liable for any damage to your jewelry during the repair.

Payment
Unless otherwise agreed, payment must be made immediately upon completion of the order via one of the payment methods offered. In the case of payment by bank or giro transfer, the date of payment is the date on which the ARMOISE JEWELRY giro account is credited. Payment must always be made before delivery, within 14 days after ordering. Payment in installments is not possible.
After 14 days from the order date, the order will be cancelled.

Privacy
When you place an order with Armoise Jewelry, the following data may be requested and stored: When you place an order, the following data may be requested: Name, address, postal code, city, country, telephone number, e-mail address, method of payment and possibly the account number. This data is not passed on to third parties. The Personal Data Registration Act applies to this.
ARMOISE JEWELRY is not liable for the surfing behavior and the provision of personal data by minors.
ARMOISE JEWELRY respects the privacy of online visitors to its website and is the sole owner of the information obtained through this website, unless otherwise stated. This information is not sold, shared or rented to third parties by ARMOISE JEWELRY. However, ARMOISE JEWELRY is entitled to release information about users if required by law.
Information from which the identity of an online visitor to the website of ARMOISE JEWELRY can be derived, is provided voluntarily by the visitor. This information can be used within ARMOISE JEWELRY with the aim of making visits to our websites as simple and enjoyable as possible. The purchaser gives explicit permission for this.
Personal data will be deleted as soon as possible at the request of the online visitor.
All legal relationships in which ARMOISE JEWELRY is a party are exclusively governed by Dutch law, even if an obligation is performed in whole or in part abroad or if the party involved in the legal relationship is domiciled there. The applicability of the Vienna Sales Convention is excluded.

Complaints will be handled as soon as possible, but no later than within 30 days. If this is not possible for any reason, you will be informed of the duration of the delay. Complaints must always include the name, address and place of residence of the purchaser.
