Prices
All prices are in Euros and include 21% VAT, excluding shipping costs.
Due to the fluctuating gold and silver prices, ARMOISE JEWELRY has the right to implement a price increase on these grounds. This also applies to items you have already ordered that you have not yet paid for. If this is to your disadvantage, you will be notified. You then have the right to cancel the order.
If the recipient is not in the country of shipment, the recipient is liable for any sales tax or import duties due in the country of receipt.
Quotations are subject to availability and current prices of supplies, services and the required (precious) metal and are without obligation.

Delivery
All orders are shipped insured with Mikropakket. This costs €8.70. A signature is required upon receipt. I ship twice a week with Mikropakket. Your order will often be delivered the next working day. Of course, it is also possible to pick up your order in the store in Arnhem.
If your order consists of multiple items that are not all available from stock, ARMOISE JEWELRY will contact you about possible partial delivery. If you want this, the double shipping costs are at your own expense.
Because the items are sent by registered mail, it is important that someone is at home to receive and sign for the package. If this is not possible, the parcel carrier will store your package and offer it in another way. ARMOISE JEWELRY is not liable for the additional costs and risks involved.

Delivery time
If the items are available from stock, they will be sent by registered mail to the address you specified immediately after receipt of payment.
If the items you ordered are not immediately in stock, ARMOISE JEWELRY will take up to 14 days after receipt of your payment to complete the products before they are shipped. If completion will take more than 14 days, ARMOISE JEWELRY will notify you immediately. If it is not possible to have your order ready for shipment within 30 days of receipt of payment, you have the right to cancel the order and receive a refund.
ARMOISE JEWELRY will attempt to deliver to you within 14 days, if in stock, after receipt of payment. However, this is an indication and not a final delivery time. ARMOISE JEWELRY is not liable for postal service delays. If your items from stock cannot be delivered within 30 days, you have the right to cancel the order.
The above does not apply to products manufactured to order. Usually there is a down payment before ARMOISE JEWELRY produces the product and the delivery time depends on the type of design. Because commissioned work is rarely done remotely, agreements about down payment and delivery time are usually made in consultation.

Returns
If upon receipt the items do not match your order, for example due to damage or incorrectly delivered items and you want to return them, you must report this within 7 days via [email protected] . After 7 days of receiving your package, you can no longer return it. The shipping costs and risk of returns are at your own expense. ARMOISE JEWELRY is not liable for lost packages during shipping. It is recommended that you return your package by registered mail. In consultation you will receive a new item, a voucher or your purchase price back. If you choose the latter, ARMOISE JEWELRY will refund your purchase amount to your account within 30 days of receiving your return.
If you want to return because the item does not meet your expectations, you must report this within 7 days of receipt by sending a message to [email protected] before returning the item. . After 7 days of receiving your package, you can no longer return it. The shipping costs and risk of returns are at your own expense. It is recommended that you return your package by registered mail. Be careful when choosing the right insurance when sending with PostNL!: Even if your package fits through the letterbox, choose a 'normal' package. Conditions for returns are that the items must be unworn, unused and free from damage after discovery of the incorrect condition and must be in their original packaging.

Guarantee
ARMOISE JEWELRY items have a 1-year warranty against construction defects. Wear and tear due to use, wear and tear on the setting of gemstones and loss or breakage of gemstones are not covered by the warranty. However, this is easily remedied with proper care. Feel free to ask about the options for maintaining your silver and gold jewelry.
Repair
Have your jewelry repaired at ARMOISE JEWELRY at your own risk. ARMOISE JEWELRY strives to carry out the repair as best as possible with respect for the existing piece of jewelry. Before you leave your jewelry, ARMOISE JEWELRY ensures that you are aware of the existing defects, the costs, the necessary actions to repair the jewelry, the risks, the expected outcome of the repair and the estimated time required. is. If problems arise during the repair or there is an expectation that the outcome will differ from the final result discussed, ARMOISE JEWELRY will immediately stop the process and inform you. ARMOISE JEWELRY is not liable for any damage to your jewelry when carrying out the repair.

Payment
Unless otherwise agreed, payment must be made immediately upon completion of the order via one of the payment methods offered. When paying by bank transfer or giro, the date of payment is the date of crediting the ARMOISE JEWELRY giro account. Payment must be made before delivery, within 14 days of ordering. Payment in installments is not possible.
The order will be canceled after 14 days have elapsed from the order date.
