Shipping policy

Delivery (Netherlands)
All orders within The Netherlands are shipped insured. No extra costs are charged for this. For orders with a value of up to €150 I use registered shipping from PostNL.
A signature is required upon receipt of your package.
Orders with a value of €150 or more are shipped with Mikropakket. These packages are shipped twice a week and your order is often delivered the next working day. If you are not at home, the package will be taken back and you will be asked to make a new appointment. For safety reasons, it is not possible for Mikropakket to collect the package from a collection point.
Of course, it is also possible to collect your order from the store in Arnhem.

Delivery (International)
For International delivery (EU only) The shipping rates depend on your location. Note that for international shipping, some countries may charge inport duties.

If your order consists of multiple items that are not all available from stock, ARMOISE JEWELRY will contact you about possible partial deliveries.
ARMOISE JEWELRY is not liable for incorrect delivery due to incorrectly provided address details.

Delivery time
If the items are available from stock, they will be sent by registered mail to the address you provided immediately after receipt of payment.
If the items you ordered are not immediately in stock, ARMOISE JEWELRY will take up to 14 days after receipt of your payment to complete the products before they are shipped. If completion will take more time than 14 days, ARMOISE JEWELRY will inform you immediately. If it is not possible to have your order ready for shipment within 30 days after receipt of payment, you have the right to cancel the order and get your purchase amount back.
ARMOISE JEWELRY will attempt to have the delivery, if in stock, take place within 14 days after receipt of payment. However, this is an indication and not a final delivery time. ARMOISE JEWELRY is not liable for delays at the postal service. If your items from stock cannot be delivered within 30 days, you have the right to cancel the order.
The above does not apply to products made to order. Usually, there is a deposit before ARMOISE JEWELRY manufactures the product and the delivery time depends on the type of design. Because work to order is rarely done remotely, agreements about deposit and delivery time are usually made in consultation.
