Payment
Webshop orders can be paid via Ideal or Paypal. When you order via Instagram, email or other ways, I will send you a payment request. Purchases in my studio can be paid via pin or appropriate cash.

Dispatch
All orders are shipped insured. For orders with a value up to €120 I use registered shipping from PostNL. This costs 7.95. For orders over €120 shipping is free.
A signature is required upon receipt of your package.
Orders with a value of €120 or more are sent with Mikropakket. These packages are sent twice a week and your order is often delivered the next business day. If you are not at home, the package will be taken back and you will be asked to make a new appointment. For safety reasons, it is not possible to collect the package from a collection point at Mikropakket.
Of course it is also possible to pick up your order at the store in Arnhem.

Delivery time
After receipt of payment I will start working for you. Some jewelry is not directly in stock so take into account approximately 14 days delivery time. If it will take longer than 14 days you will always receive a message about this. This only applies to jewelry from the webshop. With custom work the delivery time usually differs and that is always by appointment.

Cancel
Orders via the webshop can be cancelled within 48 hours if they have not yet been shipped. Please contact me via [email protected]

Cancelling personal orders
Before I start working out the chosen design in material, I ask for a deposit of 1/2 of the total price. This is to cover the costs of purchasing materials. In case of cancellation of the order, this deposit will not be refunded. However, it will be settled with the total price if the order does go ahead.

Warranty
If your product is not to your liking upon delivery for any reason, please contact me within 7 days. The right of return only applies to jewelry from the collection that has not been worn. An incorrectly given ring size or a different length chain are not covered by the right of return. We can of course make an adjustment for a fee.
Wear and tear from use, wear to the setting case and loss or breakage of gemstones are not covered by the warranty.

If you check the setting of the gemstone every now and then, you can prevent the setting from wearing out too much and the stone from falling out. It is advisable to ''thicken'' the legs around the stone after a while. Precious metal is very strong and durable, if it is treated correctly.

Information and instructions on how to return your jewelry (after consultation) can be found in the general terms and conditions.

Repairs and jewelry made from old gold
Although I carry out repairs with the utmost care and expertise, it can always happen that the repair is not successful. This can be because the material of an old piece of jewellery is dirty, worn or weakened. Gemstones can also contain wear or cracks that are not visible to the naked eye. When opening the setting, the gemstone can break. When accepting a repair, I will always first make a risk analysis. I am not liable for any damage to your jewellery during the repair.

When I make a piece of jewelry from your old gold, I always test the content of your gold first. Old gold can be contaminated and it may be that this only becomes apparent when it is melted down. Depending on the type of design, I can still make a piece of jewelry from this gold. You will always get your material back, but it will no longer be in its original state. I am not liable for this.
