Payment
Webshop orders can be paid via Ideal or Paypal. If you order via Instagram, email or other means, I will send you a payment request. Purchases in my studio can be paid by card or appropriate cash payment.
Dispatch
All orders are shipped insured with Mikropakket. This costs €8.70. A signature is required upon receipt. I ship twice a week with Mikropakket. Your order will often be delivered the next working day. My preference is to collect the order in the store in Arnhem.
Delivery time
After receiving payment I will start working for you. Some jewelry is not immediately in stock, so please allow approximately 14 days for delivery. If it will take longer than 14 days, you will always be notified. This only applies to jewelry from the online store. For custom work, the delivery time usually varies and is always by appointment.
Cancel
You can cancel orders via the webshop within 48 hours if they have not yet been shipped. Please contact me at [email protected]
Canceling personal assignments
Before I develop the chosen design into materials, I request a down payment of 1/2 of the total price. This is to cover the costs of material purchasing. If the order is canceled, this down payment will not be refunded. However, this will be deducted from the total price if the order does go ahead.
Guarantee
If your product is not satisfactory upon delivery for any reason, please contact me within 7 days. The right of return only applies to jewelry from the collection that has not been worn. An incorrectly specified ring size or a different length of chain is not covered by the right of return. We can of course make an adjustment to this for a fee.
Wear and tear due to use, wear and tear on the setting case and loss or breakage of gemstones are not covered by the warranty.
If you check the setting of the gemstone every so often, you can prevent the setting from wearing too far and the stone falling out. It is recommended to ''thicken'' the legs around the stone over time. Precious metal is very strong and durable, provided it is handled correctly.
Information and instructions about returning your jewelry (after consultation) can be found in the general terms and conditions.
Repairs and jewelry of old gold
Although I carry out repairs with the utmost care and expertise, it can always happen that the repair is not successful. This may be because the material of an old piece of jewelry is contaminated, worn or weakened. Gemstones can also contain wear or fractures that are not visible to the naked eye. The gemstone can break when opening the setting. When accepting a repair, I will always first make a risk analysis. I am not liable for any damage to your jewelry during the repair.
When I make a piece of jewelry from your old gold, I always test the content of your gold first. Old gold may be contaminated and this may only become apparent when melted down. Depending on the type of design, I can still make a piece of jewelry from this gold. You will always get your material back, but it will no longer be in its original state. I am not liable for this.
